What is itscold.in?
Free software for potato cold stores. Your staff can record entries, bag locations, gate passes, readings and payments from a phone.
Is it free?
Yes. itscold.in is free for cold stores. We also offer a free setup visit and staff training.
Does it work in Punjabi?
Yes. The app works in Punjabi and English. Each staff member chooses their language.
Does it work on a phone or a computer?
Both. The phone app is for the gate and chambers; the web app is for the office.
Does it replace Tally?
No. itscold.in keeps your store’s records. Your accountant keeps your books.
Do my staff need email or a password?
No. Staff sign in with their WhatsApp number and a code.
Can I keep my printed receipt books?
Yes. The app records each entry; your printed receipt books can stay.
Who owns my store’s data?
Your store owns its data. Records can be exported to Excel.
